Revising RSA's Core Technology Operating Model — including which outsourced roles to bring back in-house — and carrying the 2022 outsourcing relationship into a new 5-year term, delivering £19m in savings against a £111m baseline and adopting AI-enabled automation tools.
Lead Consultant, IT Resource Strategy — RSA Group
Redefined procurement processes for non-permanent resources and refreshed the preferred supplier list across CIO centres of excellence; renegotiated a c.£70m, 3-year renewal of the outsourced application development and maintenance contract via RFP, delivering £8m in savings.
Lead Consultant, Infrastructure Outsourcing — RSA Group
Led the renewal of RSA's infrastructure services outsourcing agreement with its incumbent supplier, delivering a 3-year extension on new terms worth c.£11m in savings.
Programme Advisory — Defence Digital, Ministry of Defence
Delivered a core commercial-transformation workstream targeting a circa 10% saving against a c.£2bn annual budget, through supplier relationship management and procurement function stabilisation with Director and Deputy Director-level stakeholders.
Office 365 Programme Manager — AlterDomus
Led migration of c.1,400 users across 6 business units and 24 countries onto a single Office 365 environment, on a c.€1.2m budget.
Service Transition Lead — HMRC
Transitioned information security services for 15 government departments into HMRC's Cluster Security Unit as part of a HMG-wide security programme.
Procurement Advisory — Metropolitan Police Service
Delivered procurement of an integrated policing solution as part of MPS's transformation programme — tender documentation, bidder evaluation and negotiation.
Transition and Transformation Lead — HMRC
Insourced 200+ staff from Capgemini into HMRC overnight across four locations, then led mobilisation of the new delivery group through a re-organisation and a move to DevOps — supporting a target 24% reduction in HMRC's IT spend.
